The Federal Republic of Somalia becomes 111th Party to the IMSO Convention
The instrument of accession was deposited with the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Mr. Arsenio Dominguez, as Depositary of the IMSO Convention, by His Excellency Mr. Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, Minister of Ports and Marine Transport.
